Cold cake - Grade: 2 and 3 (english)



Recipe of the cold cake:
500 g Philadelphia
400 g Nutella
100 g butter
250 g butter biscuit
Step one:
Put the 100 g butter and two tablespoon nutella in a small bowl. Let it melts for 30 seconds in a microwave.

Step two:
Crumble the 250 g biscuit with your hand in a bowl. Then put the melted butter and nutella in it. Mix it well together.
 Step three:
Take a glass bowl put the biscuit in it.
Step four:
Take another bowl mix the Philadelphia with the rest of nutella until it looks like a cram.
( mix it with a whisk)

Step five:
Put the cream of the bowl where the biscuit is.

Step six:
Leave it for 2 hours in the fridge.
